Operating under the Food Act 2014
Businesses wishing to sell food to the domestic market will generally need to operate under the Food Act 2014. This means either to operate under a national programme (level 1-3) or a Food Control Plan. Guidance is available for all businesses needing to operate under a national programme (level 1-3) and templates are also available for businesses needing to operate under a Food Control Plan.
